Making A Purchase

After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.Currently we are able to accept orders from, and deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, United States, Europe, Australia, Hong Kong and Japan. For other countries, please email us.You are able to pay using your credit card - we accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet using our secure connection.We can also accept cheques, please post to us and then we will dispatch your goods.If you wish to use Paypal, just select it as your payment method and you will be transferred to the Paypal site.Please note: We reserve the right to decline to accept an order.

Shipping And Handling
We ship to The UK using Royal Mail Special Delivery service; all deliveries must be signed for.Shipping within the UK is £5.50, you would normally expect to receive your goods within 4 working days.European Shipping is by Royal Mail Airsure where appropriate and costs £12.50. Where no Airsure service is available for a specific European country, we ship using International Signed for.Shipping to the US is £18.50 using Royal Mail Airsure; the Rest of the World is £22.50.Orders over £800 are delivery free.There are a small number of oversized / overweight items that we have to charge extra delivery for, these are (not an exclusive list) weekend and overnight bags, heavy leather bags.

Delivery Schedule
Within the UK, you will normally receive your goods between 2 - 4 business days after placing your order. We will email you when your order is shipped.In the unfortunate event that there is a delay, you will be notified immediately.

Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are able to return your goods to us in their original condition and unused within 7 days. All goods must be returned in a saleable condition and must be accompanied by any authenticity cards, dust covers and original packaging including any branded shoe boxes included with the goods.
